Donate or Buy a Gift

Download a copy of the membership form.  Simply print out the form and mail it with your check.
If you don’t have a printer handy, just send a check payable to “AORTA” and note “Donation” or “Gift Membership” at the bottom, as applicable   (Dues categories are:  Individual $25, Living Lightly $18, Family $30, Steward $100, Sponsor $250, or Corporate $500.)  Please be sure to include current mailing and (if possible) email addresses.  Send your remittance to:  AORTA, PO Box 2772, Portland, OR 97208-2772.
Remember, AORTA is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit consumer organization under IRS provisions.  Dues and donations to AORTA may be tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
